Menal Toughness & Mental Health
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), mental health is “a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make contributions to his or her community”
Mental Toughness is a personal characteristic that helps a person deal better with life’s stresses, pressures and challenges. The Mentally Tough are not only mentally and physically healthier, they also perform better and get the best out themselves. In todays world, it is an absolute no-brainer to work on your own and your kid’s mental toughness!

About Niels
In 2014, I went through a rough episode where I felt at the maximum of my mental capacity and coping ability. I learned that some characteristics and habits that got me through that time and luckily came natural to me, are those of the Mentally Tough. I became an accredited Mental Toughness coach and started MentalToughness.online
My mission is to bring mental toughness to the world; one child, family or school at the time.
I sincerely hope that MentalToughness.online will be a useful guide in your journey to get the best out of yourself and your children.
May Mental Toughness be with you.
Niels
